what are your shipping times?
all items in shop & any non custom order items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. for custom orders, turnaround time varies between 1-2 weeks for creation & will be shipped out within 3 business days upon completion. please remember that discodazeco is run by one person who also currently works a full time job <3

do you ship worldwide?
yes, DDC loves to ship worldwide! i use pirateship and have experience shipping to multiple countries and filling out customs forms :) if you have any questions, please send a chat message on the site or dm me on instagram!
are returns/ refunds accepted?
unfortunately returns & refunds are not accepted under any condition. if your order arrives damaged or breaks, please contact me and i am happy to fix the item for you! you will not be charged a fee to have the item fixed but you will be responsible to cover the shipping fees to ship back to me and then back to you once the item is fixed. if you live local in the houston area & are a regular customer, you are welcome to arrange a drop off/ pick up for the item to be fixed at an upcoming market i will bw vending at.
what if i see an item i want to purchase but it is too large or too small?
please contact me using the methods above before purchasing the item. an additional fee may apply if the item needs to be extended larger/longer but it will only be $5 or less to have that done! i can create anything in your exact measurements, or add a stainless steel extender chain to any type of bracelet or necklace <3
what if an item i wanted is out of stock?
if you see any item you wanted to purchase but it is out of stock, please contact me and we can see if a custom piece can be recreated for you. since a lot of the pieces i make contain repurposed/vintage materials, that sold out piece may be 1/1 but i should have similar materials to create something close enough if not exact to what you want. having a custom made with different beads but similar style makes it unique and one of a kind for you so its a win win ;)
how do i place a custom order?
to place a custom order, please go to the 'custom orders' link tab and fill out the google form provided. if you do not have all the information or need help with anything, please message me on instagram @discodazeco or email discodazeco@gmail.com. i can create anything from a phone charm, charm bracelet, necklace, keychain, boot charms, bookmarks, earrings, hairclips, and more!! prices range based on the type of piece requesting, beads used, time taken to create, and a few other factors. if you have a certain budget or need the order by a certain date, please let me know! the more information i have, the easier it'll be when we go to work on your custom order. please allow 24 hours for a response after submitting custom form or messaging me. custom orders vary but should be completed within 1-2 business weeks. 50% pre-payment is required on custom orders $30+ and the rest once order is complete and full prepayment is required on all orders $30 or less.
some more info + policies:
- when checking out, please be sure to double check your name & address and make sure it is correct. once the label is created and shipped out with USPS, it is beyond my control & the post office will need to be contacted on your behalf
- if a package is shipped back to me because the address is incorrect, you will be required to cover the shipping fee again to have it mailed to the correct address
- if the tracking does not update within 48 hours of the order being shipped out, please contact USPS. i will do my best to look at the details online but once it is shipped out, it is not in my control anymore and you should contact the post office
